1. Return Window & Eligibility

• You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or refund request.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, sealed, and in the exact condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Proof Required)

• We take product quality seriously. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must provide proof to support your claim.

• An unboxing video and clear photographs of the original package and the product are mandatory. Without this visual proof, we cannot process claims for damaged or wrong items.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs when returning an item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. No Exchanges

• We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item and your claim is approved, we will process a straight refund. You are then welcome to place a new order for the desired product.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

• Once your returned item is safely received at our facility and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. The funds will automatically be credited back to your original method of payment within 4 to 6 business days.
